Beyond Tutoring provides structured weekend tutoring programmes for learners in Grades 1–12, designed to strengthen academic understanding, improve study habits, and build confidence in core subjects.
Our programmes follow the CAPS curriculum and are delivered by qualified educators who provide focused academic support in key learning areas including Mathematics, Languages and Science.
Weekend tutoring allows learners to receive additional academic guidance outside of normal school hours while maintaining a consistent learning routine.

Our tutoring programmes provide support in several important academic subjects.
Maths & Mathematical Literacy
Mathematics support is available for Grades 4–12, helping learners strengthen their understanding of key concepts, improve problem-solving skills and prepare for assessments and examinations.
Language Support
Learners can receive support in both English and Afrikaans (FAL and HL), focusing on comprehension, writing skills and language development.
Learning Skills Programme
Our Learning Skills Programme, available from Grade 4, teaches learners essential academic skills such as:
- effective study techniques
- exam preparation strategies
- time management
- note-taking and organisation strategies
These skills help learners become more independent and successful students.
Reading & Writing Development
For younger learners, we provide reading and writing support designed to strengthen literacy foundations and build confidence in communication and comprehension.
Science Subjects
Senior phase learners can receive additional support in Physics and Life Sciences, helping them prepare for examinations and develop a stronger understanding of scientific concepts.

Our Cape Town City Bowl centre is located at Good Hope Seminary High School in Gardens, just minutes from Gardens Shopping Centre.
This centre offers Saturday and Sunday tutoring sessions, providing flexible weekend options for families. The facility can accommodate many learners and offers extended learning sessions covering Mathematics, Languages, Physics, Life Sciences and study skills.

Eerste River | Tuscany Glen Secondary School
Our Eerste River centre provides Saturday morning tutoring support for learners from surrounding communities including Blue Downs, Kuils River and Blackheath.
Classes focus on strengthening core academic skills in Mathematics, Languages and Science through structured support aligned with the CAPS curriculum.
