Through our partnership with the PPA we donate towards all the PPA annual events, especially the PPA Golf Day. Through this initiative the PPA sponsors deserving learners at various schools with bursaries to the value of more than R180 000 every year.
We proudly donated towards this event to ensure that all the deserving learners had to monetary support to undertake this once in a lifetime journey to compete in Hong Kong early in 2018.
Beyond The Edge Tutoring in conjuction with The South African Skills & Scholarship Awards Foundation and Exspresso SABC 3 hosted an annual Stationery Drive, originally launched in 2014 in conjunction with a number of premier malls including Weskus Mall in Vredenburg, Cape Gate Mall & V & A Waterfront. This platform was launched to raise funds and stationery for underprivillaged schools and learners. Tons of stationery and funds were raised for this specific cause.
We were one of the sponsors for the SA-SSAF stationery drive at the Weskus Mall in Vredenburg on the 14th of January 2017.
This was the third consecutive year of this initiative and we would like to extend a special thank you to Graeme Richards especially for originally starting and driving this initiative with SA-SSAF from the beginning of 2014. It’s been a pleasure and such a huge privilege and honour to work with him.
This year’s event took place at the Weskus Mall on the 3rd of March 2018 with Graeme Richards as the MC again. The Beneficiaries were the West Coast Schools & PPA.
Beyond The Edge Tutoring donated an additional R 5000 towards the bursary fund – Progressive Principal Association (PPA)
